Company Profile

PBM Networks was founded in May of 2003 by an expert team of 3G/4G broadband wireless technologists. We began by providing quick response, and efficient consulting to companies of all sizes. We have now grown to over a dozen specialists in a wide variety of advanced technologies related to broadband voice and data for wireless local and wide area mobility and portability over physical or virtual infrastructure.

Though not a very large corporation, our consultants have come from blue chip engineering enterprises and have the talent and experience, at the executive level, the senior architect level, the senior systems engineering level, and the senior project management level to quickly put together a team of any size to handle a deployment of any size, as we have done in our collective recent past experience.

We are members of the Wireless Communications Association, the WCA, and provide leadership, support and guidance to that body. Also, our staff consultants are members of the IEEE, NSPE, and INFORMS (see also here).

PBM was founded by veterans of wireless,  experienced  executives skilled in planning, design and deployment of wireless RF and data networks for corporate and government entities. When several of their next generation team separated from a major global carrier, they instantly liberated an efficient team of professionals that had worked together on the latest, most advanced technologies currently available, and still on the drawing boards, and turned that team into the most current and effective, independent, broadband wireless consultants available today. This team has grown and is proficient in areas of PCS/3G (CDMA, GSM, 2G), advanced messaging, and land mobile radio expertise to provide clients with a broad perspective and service provider viewpoint in all types of indoor and outdoor, licensed and unlicensed, cellular and simulcast radio networks.
