Shiva Kavi is a Principal Consultant at PBMnetworks. He provides clients with wireless program planning expertise and leadership in wireless service, application, and product development		Shiva Kavi has an MBA, MSEE and is a registered Professional Engineer with over 20 years experience in Wireless Systems and Telecommunications. He has managed successful technical developments; proposal and marketing strategies for wireless high speed non-line of sight internet access equipment valued at $4M and provided technical sales and program management support for the first commercial launch of Samsung's 2G/3G CDMA Data and Voice Network in North America valued at $18M. He has worked at TI, Nortel, and Samsung both as a System Engineer as well as a Senior Product Manager. He also worked in India as Technical General Manger for Essar, a wireless local loop operator; analyzing their wireless network. His strengths include business development, system engineering, strategic planning and product management.

	Ted Sumner is a Principal Consultant at PBMnetworks and an internationally recognized authority in wireless technology strategy.	Ted Sumner has over 20 years of experience in communications circuit design, product design, system design, technical sales & marketing, engineering and implementation. He has logged over a million miles globally on multi-million dollar wireless projects in Asia, Africa, Middle East and Europe, while at Motorola, Arch Wireless, PageNet and Vast Solutions. Ted has over two dozen patents covering communication technology methods and devices, including security, and has held various engineering management positions for developing advanced messaging. He is also proficient in 3G PCS (CDMA / GSM), and public safety land mobile. He has been recognized for his work in international standards development bodies, and armed with both EE and MBA degrees, excels at technology strategies.
Fred Huffman is a Senior Consultant at PBMnetworks and is an acknowledged expert in the area of broadcast, cable, and Internet video. He is an author and distinguished authority on video integration into voice and data networks.		Fred Huffman is a recognized leader in video engineering as part of voice, data, and video convergence, computer/telephony integration, and multimedia networking. He brings a distinguished series of project accomplishments in his nearly three decades of strategy, planning and design work at MCI and RCA. He delivered advanced capabilities capable of end-to-end content transport over multiple networks (IP, ATM, FR, Satellite, and terrestrial DTV facilities). He is an accomplished expert in characterizing image quality and sound fidelity for challenging client applications. He has designed broadband corporate networks for customers requiring digital video, voice and data capabilities, and he is an authority on content transport requirements for the media and entertainment industry market. He worked on the NIST HDTV, MCI-DBS programs and is an active standards body and industry association contributor. He has authored numerous papers and is the author of "Practical Telecom for Broadcast Engineering and Operations", due to be released in early 2004.

	Joseph Rodgers	Joseph Rodgers has twelve years experience designing and operating wireless systems. Most recently he designed and built a metropolitan wireless network using a combination of 802.11 and proprietary microwave backhaul links for deployment as a broadband wireless internet service offering in five cities as Director of RF Engineering for T-Speed Broadband. As Director of RF Engineering for Viyu Communications, he designed a high speed wireless internet product that integrated both wireless and traditional wireline services for business customers. Other experience includes mobile VHF/UHF communications systems installation and service.
